We accept Medicare Part B and many of the areas major medical insurance plans (CDPHP, MVP, Highmark, BSNENY, UHC, Humana etc.).
Please call or text to see if we are in-network with your insurance plan. We accept Medicaid plans administered by CDPHP and MVP.
Our office is not contracted with vision discount plans such as VSP, Eyemed, Davis Vision, Spectera, or Senior Blue Vision etc.
If your vision discount plan allows out-of-network access to your benefits we will gladly assist in the reimbursement process. We utilize ANAGRAM, a third party, to help our patients access Out of Network reimbursement for professional services, glasses and contact lenses when available.

Yes, all of our optometrists see patients with new onset, emergency symptoms. Please call as soon as your new symptoms begin so the team can get you scheduled appropriately!

Our Optometrists refer patients to many of the areas Ophthalmologists as needed for surgical and specialty care or advanced treatment options. Our team facilitates scheduling those referral appointments.

All payments for services are due on the day services are rendered. All payments for prescription eyewear (glasses and contact lenses) are due in full at the time the order is placed.

If your medical insurance was used for services, you may owe the office additional payment after the claim is processed by your insurance. This could be the result of a specialist copay that wasn’t listed on your card, a deductible, or co-insurance. You will also receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company explaining these charges. The timing of this bill will depend on the timeliness of claim processing by your insurance company and when applicable, any secondary insurance plans.

Yes, our optometrists see patients of all abilities and ages. If additional time may be needed for the appointment please inquire when scheduling.

Yes, the optometrists fit soft contact lenses, hard contact lenses (RGP) and scleral lenses. They fit lenses for astigmatism (toric) and presbyopia (multifocals or monovision). More information on Contact Lens Services.

We service eyewear sold by our office at no charge for 2 years after purchase. After this you will be charged for adjustments and materials needed for your eyewear.
